Description
L.I.S.T.
Fundamentals - Level One is a 14-hour, two-day course. This course
covers Karl's fundamental fitness concepts, his unique corrective
exercise methods and how to integrate them into each individual's
practice.

myofascial release exercises
- Execute
and integrate proper breathing techniques

Sequence core and peripheral stability components

Perform a wide range of basic core exercises accurately

Recognize basic functions and dysfunctions of the major joint
complexes
